Jack of Diamonds - Taxes
Jack of Diamonds - Taxes

This card features an image with a variety of ‘taxes’. Some of the images can be easily seen, others can not. What comments do you think should be at the bottom of this card? Tell us whether you think we as a country need to have more taxes. Should the government add a carbon tax? Should the government tax the wealthy more? Should the government cut taxes? Should we as Americans be more willing to give up money for the good of those without? You tell us. Give us your comments.

More About Politically WILD! Playing Cards

We are excited to introduce 2 new political decks of playing cards for the 2008 Presidential Election.  The image you are looking at here is for the Republican Playing Cards.  This is your chance to get involved in a unique deck of "interactive" playing cards that have a little fun with all of the WILD! stuff that goes on during each election cycle.  The deck is "interactive" because the comments in each limited edition come from YOU…the general public!

With the 2008 Election fast approaching, an ongoing war in Iraq, illegal immigration and many other issues are on the minds of Americans.  What lies in their hearts?  Americans are ready for their voice to be heard and what better way for them to express these ideas than through fun deck of playing cards.  Odds are the politicians still won't listen, but we can at least feel like we made an effort.  The BEST way to make your voice heard is to GET OUT AND VOTE every November!

Some of the images consists of politicians and "political celebrities" with their face on the body of an animal while the court cards deal with specific issues which are hot political topics right now.  There is a deck specifically for the Democrats and another one for the Republicans. So come on America, this is your chance to be heard. Who knows, your comments may be used in the next edition.

HOW TO GET YOUR COMMENTS PUT INTO THE NEXT DECK?

Just click on the word "PERMALINK" or "COMMENTS" below and you can tell us what you think the comments should say on this particular "Politically Wild" card.  Once you place your comment you’ll have to check each edition to see if your comments are used in one of the limited edition decks of cards.

Please remember that these are playing cards so we have a limited amount of space.   We ask if you could keep your comments to 75 characters or less.

LIGHTHEARTED CLAUSE:  For those with the inability to lighten up and enjoy life, you may not enjoy the parody in artwork like this.  Please understand that while some images may appear to be in a negative light, it requires creativity to spin some of them in a positive one.  As we all know, everything is in the eyes of the beholder.  So while one image may seem like a slam (or in support) of a particular issue or political figure, the image can really go both ways…positive and/or negative.  The question is can you see the positive?  Can you see the negative?  Either way, please understand that these cards are just for the fun of it and you may need to LIGHTEN UP! Please Note: By posting a comment here you agree to the following rules. 1) By posting you agree that any and all comments may be used in the publication of a deck of cards. You will have to check each edition to see if your comments were used. 2) All comments must be clean AND family friendly or they will NOT be posted. 3) Hackers and attackers will be blocked. 4) All images are copyright Newt’s Playing Cards ( www.newtscards.com ) 5) If you are using IE6 you may run into a problem with the comment box as it does not show all of your comments. We suggest using IE7. ******************************* For wholesale information please contact us at our wholesale playing card site.

As long as we have leaders who think that the solutions involve raising MORE money rather than spending LESS, this country is DOOMED!

I am sick of paying taxes to a government that wastes billions of dollars, without authorization & without tracking what happens with this money. Since 2003 the Bush administration has spent more than 30 billion in taxpayers money in Iraq!!

"It is perhaps my greatest hope, Mr. President, that some day we'll consider tax and spending measures with no one else in mind but future generations of American taxpayers. We're tying a millstone of debt around their necks, and it is a grave mistake." Sen. John McCain

Politically WILD! Playing Cards are our way to make light of the political craze that happens in the US. In no way are our intentions to be mean or sour towards any candidate, political figure or political celebrity. These decks are just a fun way to let out a little political frustration!
